History
REALinTouh, LLC aka REALinTouch Coaching, was launched in fall 2005 by Sandy R. Lawrence. Since then, more than 80% of REALinTouch's opportunities, over 50 customized programs and hundreds of coaching hours are the result of repeat and referral clients in a variety of industries.
Leaders and meeting planners have relied on REALinTouch as a trusted business partner to provide strategic planning and to execute a variety of educational trainings and continuing education. Individuals seeking leadership, career and business coaching have also benefitted from one-on-one coaching and consultation.

Sandy (Rohre) Lawrence Bio
For more than a decade, Sandy Lawrence's expertise has been concentrated in managing and facilitating training and development projects, improving processes, coaching talent, coordinating volunteers and community groups, and serving with educationally focused professional associations.
In 2006, Sandy earned the Professional Level designation with the National Speakers Association by developing and delivering 20 programs in 10 months for several organizations, with content approved for continuing education in the State of Georgia. In 2007, serving as the Education Chair for two chapters of a professional women's organization, she was awarded Member of the Year for programming that increased member participation and retention.
Sandy Lawrence entered the workforce in the 1980s in sales and customer service roles which helped provide for college in addition to academic scholarships. Sandy obtained a BA in Communications and Psychology with honors from Texas State University.
By the 1990s, Sandy was managing, training and motivating vendors, employees and colleagues of all ages and walks of life. By 1997, she began fulfilling her calling through professional and civic community leadership opportunities.
Sandy recognized a great need for motivation to be aligned with business or career priorities in order for organizations or individuals to succeed. This inspired to her to assess common work and career challenges, and the vision for REALinTouch Coaching was born - a suite of learning and development services rooted in the fundamentals of learning, psychology, change management and effective communication.
After moving to Atlanta in 1998 to be near family, Sandy provided consultation and support to small businesses, and coordinated groups and outreaches as a volunteer leader for North Point Ministries, a congregation of over 20,000 in multiple locations in Metro Atlanta. Her talents were further applied from 2001 to 2005 as a career manager and business coach, advising, motivating and training hundreds of individuals a year for the largest GMAC franchise in the world.
While at GMAC, Sandy created a comprehensive equipping and training program from the ground up, directing and coaching as many as 80 individuals a week. This group experienced a 50% to 400% increase in closed sales and goal attainment in as little as 3 hours per month invested in coaching and training per person.
Sharing the most current research and management trends and eternal principles, REALinTouch services by Sandy Lawrence continue to support integrity and productivity for organizations and individuals.
Sandy resides in Atlanta with her husband and two dogs. She remains involved in several community and ministry groups focused on supporting whole-life integrity and marketplace influence.
